Camp Tuition

Camper fees for all programs will be $650.00. When campers apply online, no fees are due. After the lottery process, if a spot is available for your child, the El Dorado County Office of Education (EDCOE) will send you an acceptance e-mail. A $150 deposit and the remaining registration information are due to EDCOE by the specified due date in March. Click here for key dates.

 

Full payment can be made at this time or any time before the full-payment deadline in May which is specified on the Key Dates page. Monthly payment plans are available upon request. Other than the initial confirmation e-mail, EDCOE will not send invoices. We will send a general reminder e-mail to all confirmed students that full payment is due by the deadline. It is up to individual families to keep track of the amount due. Campers will lose their spot in our program if the deposit is not paid on time or if the balance is not paid by the final due date. No discounts apply, but scholarships are available in many cases. Please be sure to apply for a scholarship if you need financial assistance with camper fees. Applications for Sugarloaf 2025 are now open!


The application window is from 8:00am February 3rd and closes 5:00pm February 21st.
