A full refund of registration fees paid will be made, if requested by the parent/guardian to the Sugarloaf Registrar via email at sugarloaf@edcoe.org, prior to May 31st.
After May 31, the $150 deposit will not be refunded and refunds of remaining fees will only be possible if another camper from the waiting list can fill the vacated slot (i.e. same major and same session). No vacancies can be filled after the cabin assignments have been made (approximately July 1).

The application window is from 8:00am February 3rd and closes 5:00pm February 21st.
